Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered by a limited warranty to ensure they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid only for products purchased from our authorised customers and is applicable to the original purchaser.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for our products is one year from the date of purchase. Some products may have different warranty periods, which will be specified on the product page or invoice provided by our authorised customers.

5. Warranty Claims Process

1. Contact Us: Notify our customer service team via email at admin@slemcka.co.uk or call +44 (0) 800 028 1739 to initiate a warranty claim. Provide proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos or videos.
2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the claim and determine if it is valid under our warranty policy. Additional information or inspection of the product may be required.
3. Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished item, or a similar like-for-like product.

6. Shipping Costs

â–« For approved warranty claims, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.
â–« If the product needs to be returned for inspection, we may provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Otherwise, the cost of shipping the defective product back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
â–« Where possible, return the goods to your point of purchase to allow our authorised customer to resolve the issue directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland.
